Piccino is an idea that evolved in 3 years from a serving at a pop-up table in Vienna, to a product that now stands proudly on the shelves, ready to fill your glasses with outstanding experiences.

We are now a slow brand, a laboratorio rooted in Vienna which focuses on producing vermouth and amaro - infusions with a bitter core. We love bitterness although our starting point is always the SCENT. We are inspired by scent, its profound role in the quotidian and the stories it can tell. We can not fully taste without smell. We can not tap into our memories without having an olfactory trace. Our mission is simple — to give voice to SCENT through LIQUID, pouring moments that linger.

Every step we take in the design or manufacturing of each product reflects love and respect — towards you and the ingredients we use. We source botanicals from their native lands, where they thrive best: mostly Italy, Spain and Austria. Flavour extraction follows traditional non-intrusive methods, from cold to hot infusions, guided by the delicacy or strength of each botanical. Some take weeks, others months — patience defines our craft.

Our aim is to create flavors that become memories, anchors through scent and taste. And this is just the beginning — many more surprises await.
